About Me

I was born and raised in Istanbul, and for as long as I can remember, drawing and painting have been my greatest passion. Even before I learned how to write, I would fill pages with the images, characters, and stories that existed in my imagination.

During my primary school years, my classmates would often line up beside my desk, asking me to help with or correct the parts of their drawings they could not complete themselves. At school exhibitions, while most selected students would have one piece displayed, I was given a section of my own at every exhibition. I still remember the butterflies in my stomach and the excitement of seeing my own little exhibition space at only ten years old. Around the same age, I sold my first painting.

Today, I live in France, a country deeply rooted in the history and culture of art. After visiting countless museums and exhibitions and meeting artists from different backgrounds, my relationship with art has grown beyond creating my own work. It has become a continuous journey of discovery.

As both an artist and a curator, I have devoted myself to becoming one of the most curious and well-travelled souls in this vast ocean of art — constantly searching for new perspectives, remarkable stories, established voices, and talents still waiting to be discovered.

It is an honour for me to bring you closer to artists who have already found their place in the art world, as well as those whose stories are only beginning to be told.

For me, art is not simply something to be seen. It is something to be discovered, felt, shared, and remembered.
